My name is Caitlin Horder and I am the Owner and Managing Director of the ‘new kid on the block’ in Tasmanian Real Estate - Spark Property Management. I call the beautiful Tamar Valley home and I am a busy mum with two little boys in tow.
With almost a decade of real estate experience, I could see that there was the opportunity to do property management a little differently and to create something special for Northern Tasmania.
Spark Property was born with a vision to establish a mobile agency that moves with the changing world we are living in. We embrace technology in such a way that we can provide exceptional service to our clients and customers and achieve the elusive work/life balance that we all strive for.
I am a mum on a mission to spark change in the property management industry. Growing our business and delivering the very best in customer service to the people that we interact and do business with.
You will find me most days on the road, getting the job done and connecting with our community - or sitting in the sun with a coffee in hand, responding to your queries and calls with our Labradoodle Murphy at my feet. If you catch me out of hours, you may also have the pleasure of having the odd hello with my two talented toddler CEO’s - Declan and Ewan.
