Maintenance & Urgent Repairs ↓
Thank you for reporting your maintenance and repairs. To ensure accurate records are kept, we do require all general maintenance to be reported in writing via your tenant portal where possible.
We understand that sometimes, urgent or emergency repairs are required after hours (between 5pm-9am, weekends, public holidays).
Please always attempt to contact Spark Property Management on 0439 040 401 or 0455 778 419 first for urgent repairs. If you are unable to reach our team in a reasonable time frame, please contact our preferred contractors on the details listed below and continue to report the maintenance via the portal as soon as practicable.
It is important to note, that after-hours contact should only occur in the instance of a genuine emergency repair, as defined under the Residential Tenancy Act. Please be aware that should the call out not constitute an emergency repair or to be deemed to be ‘tenant at fault,’ you will be responsible for the call out charges.
