  • Bank transaction (sundry) fees at no additional charge

  • End of financial year statement at no additional charge

  • A Spark Property ‘For Lease’ sign (where applicable)

  • Prospective tenant inspections and open homes

  • Preparation and execution of lease documents for your new tenants

  • Ingoing condition report
